The San Diego Immigrant Rights Consortium (SDIRC), a project of Alliance San Diego, is excited to announce the launch of the Borderlands Get Free Fund. This fund to help bond people out of immigrant detention if they are detained in San Diego or Imperial Counties, or if they are long standing residents of Imperial County or San Diego County.

This fund will help to reunite families in our region who have been separated when their loved ones were detained by Border Patrol and/or Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE). There are over 1,700 individuals currently detained in San Diego and Imperial Counties alone.

The minimum price of a bond is $1,500 so make a donation today!

The Borderlands Get Free Fund is fiscally sponsored by Freedom for Immigrants.  Freedom for Immigrants (formerly CIVIC) is a 501(c)(3) California non-profit corporation that is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt.  Freedom for Immigrants tax ID is 80-0875881.
